My first post-secondary stint at Conestoga College would eventually lead me into a career in computer programming (where I would eventually meet my husband, Marcel Gagné). When I went back to University, a few years later, I opted for a degree in music from the University of Guelph. Three years ago, I went back to school again, this time to get my MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Before that, I worked as a partner at Salmar Consulting Inc. (Systems Integration & Network Consulting) which meant that a great deal of my creative pursuits occurred in the world of bits and bytes. Roughly a month after starting my MBA, I became pregnant with my first son, Sebastian. My second son, Tristan, came along three years later. All this to say that I'm a trained semi-professional singer (primarily classical and baroque era music), a computer programmer and systems designer, a business person, and a mother.

I'll let you take a guess at which one of these jobs is the toughest.
